Proof of Vaccination

Your safety is very important to us while in our care. With that in mind, please be prepared to provide proof of complete vaccination to attend an MM retreat. If you are not currently vaccinated at the time of reading this and wish to attend an upcoming retreat, you’ll need to make arrangements to be fully vaccinated at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Company Cancellations

If necessary, rescheduling a Magical Mindfulness Retreat will be determined by Jen. If this happens (we are setting the intention that everything is working out for the highest good of those involved) facilitators and attendees will work together to determine a convenient date to reschedule and your deposit/payment will be applied.

Personal Cancellations

Please see our Booking Terms, Payments, and Cancellations page for more information. If you test positive for the Covid-19 virus, are quarantined and are advised by a doctor not to travel, or are unable to travel due to Covid-19-related restrictions at the time of your booked retreat, then your monies will be applied to a future retreat within one year of your original retreat date. Proof of positive test required.

Upon Arrival

Everyone (facilitators and attendees) will be given a Covid-19 rapid test.

This is for everyone’s safety and to help us all relax into the experience.

When you arrive at the lodging location, you’ll contact the facilitator who will come out with your rapid test. If anyone tests positive, they will need to make their own arrangements to quarantine outside of the retreat’s lodging location and the retreat is forfeit. Obviously, we don’t anticipate, or want anyone, testing positive. With the variants mutating and long Covid still something to be mindful of, we recommend purchasing and testing yourself prior to your flight.
