Truly seeing yourself!

For the first time, I arrived at a place completely open for an experience, for whatever presented itself.

I got to sit on a lava flow.

I got to swim in the Pacific ocean.

I got to touch an octopus.

I got to experience what it means to co-create with the universe.

Prior to this retreat, I owned being cute and funny; that was my brand. For the first time, I actually see myself as beautiful, sexy, and radiant.

Letting go of control!

Sometimes you need someone to help you along the way.

This is the first time I fully let go and let someone else plan the details of a trip without me knowing anything until we arrived at each destination.

I went on a retreat with women I didn’t know. Different personalities, spiritualities, and energies that are around us that can help feed our own souls.

To release things within us that we would have never known.

Being present!

It’s a really powerful experience to share time and space with other high-vibe women who desire growth and expansion.

It was my first time letting go of trivial concerns like my hair looking good, having sand on my feet, and being dirty. It’s so liberating to be in the moment.

I learned about myself while building relationships with other women.

To go through each day being fully present with each other and our true selves was incredible.
